It brings in information and features aimed at clinical staff: clinical notes, documents, images, x-rays, consent and other things that belong on the patient’s clinical file.

No. Wazzy includes the WhatsApp assistant, the reception panel and the schedule. The medical CRM is an optional add-on for clinics that also need to handle clinical information.

It makes sense for clinics that want the patient’s clinical information inside Wazzy too, alongside WhatsApp care and the day to day work of reception.

The medical CRM extends the everyday patient record with clinical information: history, practitioner notes, documents, images, x-rays and consent evidence.

Exactly what is there depends on what the clinic’s authorised team records.

Yes. The medical CRM lets you store and look up the patient’s clinical history.

No. The medical CRM is not meant to replace every clinical management system out there. It is a Wazzy add-on focused on bringing clinical information and features on top of the reception panel.

The medical CRM builds on that with information and features for the clinical team, such as clinical notes, clinical paperwork and consent.

No. The medical CRM is an optional Wazzy add-on that brings clinical features into the same place. The reception panel is still where the team works from.

Both are part of the same Wazzy environment, but they do different jobs.
