Getting started with Wazzy
What you need to have ready before switching Wazzy on at your clinic, and what happens at each stage of setting it up.

Setting Wazzy up takes three stages, and your team needs no technical background for any of them.
1. Connecting WhatsApp
Wazzy connects to your current number through the WhatsApp Business API. You do not change number and you do not have to tell your patients anything.
2. Setting up the schedule and services
We put in your practitioners, your services, how long each one takes and your booking rules: what can be booked online, how much notice it needs, and which slots are on offer.
3. Going live and tuning it
Wazzy starts handling real conversations. Over the first few weeks we go through those conversations with you and tune the answers and the rules.
